Project description: Russian Sport Wrestling Federation is a member-organization of the Russian Olympic Committee. It combines three Olympic kinds of wrestling: freestyle, Greco-Roman and women. Founded in 1992 and operates in 72 regions of Russia.

What should have been done: Creating of the official news portal of the Russian Wrestling Federation. Achievement of maximal efficiency of web resource. Popularization of the wrestling as a sport among the audience. Providing information on events related to the wrestling: championships and tournaments. The use of modern media technologies.

What was the result: The multi-functional web-portal and Internet representation of the Russian Wrestling Federation, which allows to fully automate the activities of the federation was created. The website implemented a unique structuring of information technology for each type of wrestling. A convenient system of official communications was provided: the possibility of rapid exchange of official letters, applications, synchronization in scheduling events, etc. Notice: the basis of a web portal is system AOWSPORT (link). An automated interaction with the media for the website was specifically designed, which includes the possibility of on-line accreditation, publications and news broadcasts of sporting events, on-line conference with representatives of the governing bodies of the Russian Wrestling Federation and athletes. Through the introduction of new technologies, the website provides high interactivity. The extensive photo and video archives, blogs, comments, system subscriptions and RSS - make the website attractive to a wide range of Internet users.
